Cancellation & Returns Policy

1. Credit Purchase Policy

Credits are purchased in packages of 50 credits for $9.00. All credit purchases are processed securely through Paddle payment gateway.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Credits have not been used or partially used
  • Refund request is made within 36 hours of purchase
  • Account shows no signs of abuse or violation of terms

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Important

Credits that have been used to generate code conversions are non-refundable as the service has already been delivered.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Used credits (conversions already performed)
  • Quality of AI-generated code
  • Requests made after the 36-hour window
  • Auto-reload purchases (unless disabled before triggering)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 36-hour window:

  1. Email: support@lararefactor.com
  2. Include your account email and transaction ID
  3. State the reason for refund request
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for processing

5. Auto-Reload Policy

The auto-reload feature automatically charges your card $9 for 50 credits when your balance falls below 10 credits.

To prevent auto-reload charges:

  • Disable auto-reload in your dashboard settings before your balance drops below 10
  • Auto-reload purchases follow the same 36-hour refund policy for unused credits

6. Subscription Cancellation

LaraRefactor does not use subscriptions. All purchases are one-time credit packages. You can stop using the service at any time with no cancellation fees.

7. Account Deletion

To delete your account:

  • Email: support@lararefactor.com with deletion request
  • Unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method used for purchase.

9. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a charge or refund, please contact us at support@lararefactor.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work to resolve all disputes fairly.

10. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
